Five years ago, as the director of the National Cricket Academy (NCA) and coach of the India Under-19 team, Rahul Dravid was watching over a left-arm pacer from Jharkhand who was developing into a talent pool of young players. India won the 2019–20 Under-19 World Cup in South Africa, but in a nail-biting final, Bangladesh denied them.
