Reportedly, based on a screenshot of a document shared on social media by Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, Bitwise has requested the withdrawal of its "Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Cap Weighted Strategy ETF" application that was submitted on August 3rd. The fund aimed to provide investors with market-cap-weighted exposure to BTC and ETH futures contracts.
