South Africa Women beat Australia Women for the first time ever in the second T20I leveled the series with 1-1. They had never won against them in any type of game before. South Africa chased 143 runs and finished with six balls left. Beth Mooney, who played very well in the first game, got out soon this time and South Africa took advantage of that to stop their rivals. None of the Australian players stayed for long Grace Harris helped them by hitting 31 runs not out in just 18 balls at the end and took them over 140 runs. But that was not enough. Captain Laura Wolvaardt batted well at one end and Tazmin Brits hit many fours and sixes at the other end as the first pair scored 75 runs. Australia took some wickets later but Wolvaardt did not get out and hit a fifty to win the game. The last T20I will be in Hobart on January 30
