Anil Kumble Backs Kuldeep Yadav for Second Test, Wants India to Play Four

Indian veteran cricketer and former captain Anil Kumble speaks high about Kuldeep Yadav and suggested team that they should add him as a fourth spinner in upcoming second test match against England

Speaking with jio cinema he said

“I am not really sure whether you need a fourth spinner. But if India feels that they need only one fast bowler then having Kuldeep will certainly help. He will have variations but England will come and do the same things they did in Hyderabad. The wicket could be a turning one and we are expecting the pace to be quicker than this"

On speaking about Kuldeep,Anil said

Kuldeep is a talented bolwer , he said  it's totally up to Indian team think tank if they are thinking about adding fourth spinner then Kuldeep will be take in to consideration

On the other hand in first test

England played with fours spinners and one fast bowler Mark Woods

Their spinners performance was really excellent in comparison to Indian spinner trio

Which seemed toothless in third inining of first test their spinners performed exceptionally well and took 17 wickets however ours spin trio only managed to take 14 wickets  .

Indian team has been invincible in last 10 years  at home

India defeated England two times in 2016-17 as well as in 2020-21

Good  suggestion from Kumble as Indian pitches are going to spin friendly and adding  kuldeep will be good idea from India's point of view
