Rajat Patidar made his Test debut for India in the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam, ahead of young Sarfaraz Khan. Rajat Patidar has a splendid record in first-class cricket, scoring 4000 runs in 55 matches at an average of 45.97. He has 12 hundreds and 22 fifties to his name, proving his consistency and ability to perform under pressure. Apart from first-class cricket, he has also shown his skills in the IPL, enhancing his reputation on big platform. Cricket fan showed their anger on different social media platforms over exclusion of Sarfaraz from playing eleven in second test match,they also criticised inclusion of Shubhman Gill although he is not in good form and since last 11 ininings he did not score a fifty ,his highest score was 36 runs in South Africa vs India series -2023 . Cricket fans and enthuasist said on different social media platforms that Sarfaraz is a talented player and posses a very good first class record as he scored 3912 runs of 45 matches with 14 hundreds and 11 fifties and he also performed really well against England Lions ,they added that he is in very good form but BCCi is constantly ignoring him do not know what is reason behind this .
