Shubman Gill admits taking injection for finger injury: How did it affect ?

Shubman Gill, the young batting sensation of the Indian team, has opened up about his finger injury that he suffered during the second Test against England at the ACA-VDCA Stadium in Visakhapatnam. Shubman Gill did not take the field on the last day and was substituted by Sarfaraz Khan. The BCCI had said, “Shubman Gill hurt his right index finger while fielding on Day 2. He will not field today.”

He said this to the Jio Cinema panelists Zaheer Khan and Kevin Pietersen after the match ended.

Shubman Gill also said that he had a lot of pain in his fingers because of the catches he took in England’s first innings. He took four catches in the slips and at mid-wicket and his fingers needed some treatment before he came out to bat.
