India’s squad and playing XI for the next three Tests

Hi everyone, I came across this report on Sports Tak that says India’s squad for the remaining three Tests will be out by February 8. India was missing Ravindra Jadeja and Virat Kohli in the second Test and there is no news on when they will be back. KL Rahul who had a right quadricep injury and sat out the second Test is likely to play in the third Test. Jasprit Bumrah who took nine wickets and won the Man of the Match award in the second Test is probably going to be rested in the third Test in Rajkot. Mohammed Siraj might take his place in the XI. There could be some changes in the Indian playing XI as some players are not in good form. KS Bharat and Mukesh Kumar did not perform well in the second Test and they might be dropped. The management is still waiting for an update on Virat Kohli’s availability. If he is not fit for the third Test, Sarfaraz Khan could get a chance after Rajat Patidar failed to impress in the second Test. Shreyas Iyer is also under pressure after scoring low scores of 27 and 29 in the Vizag Test. He might be replaced by someone else.
