February 5th News: In the NBA regular season, the Timberwolves defeated the Rockets 111-90 at home. After this victory, Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch has been confirmed to be the head coach of the Western Conference All-Stars this season.

In a post-game interview, Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards joked when discussing the All-Star topic.

"I think we should let those players who shoot mid-range shots go down. If one of the starters, like Alexander or someone else, starts shooting mid-range shots, I'll suggest to the coach, 'Coach Finch, we can't allow this,'" Edwards said.

Throughout the game, Edwards played 33 minutes as a starter, making 11 out of 22 field goal attempts, including 4 out of 8 from three-point range, and making 6 out of 8 free throws, scoring 32 points, along with 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block.
