Most people have only played Sic Bo in Macau casinos or online gambling sites. What's different about Sic Bo in American casinos? What are the rules? Today, we'll introduce the rules of Sic Bo in American casinos.

The first roll of the dice in a round is called the "come out roll." If the total of the dice is 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, a point is established. On the other hand, if the total is 2, 3, 7, 11, or 12, the round ends. When a point is established, an "on" marker will appear on that number. The dice will continue to be rolled until the same point is rolled again or a 7 is rolled.

Pass Line Bet: Place a bet on the Pass Line before the come out roll. If you roll a 7 or 11, you win and the round ends. If you roll a 2, 3, or 12 (known as "craps"), you lose. If you roll any other number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10), a point is established. You win the Pass Line bet if you roll the point before rolling a 7. The payout for the Pass Line bet is 1:1.

Don't Pass Line Bet: The opposite of the Pass Line bet. Place a bet in the "Don't Pass" area before the come out roll. You win if the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the point. The payout for the Don't Pass Line bet is 1:1.

Come Bet: To place a Come bet, place your bet in the area marked "Come." If the next roll is a 7 or 11, you win at a 1:1 ratio. If the next roll is a 2, 3, or 12, you lose. If the shooter rolls a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, that number becomes the "Come" point. The bet moves to that number. You win if the shooter rolls the Come point before rolling a 7. The payout for the Come bet is 1:1.

Don't Come Bet: The opposite of the Come bet. Place a bet in the "Don't Come" area after the come out roll. You win if the shooter rolls a 7 before rolling the Come point. The payout for the Don't Come bet is 1:1.

Field Bet: A Field bet is a bet that the next roll will be a 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12. Place your bet in the Field area. If a 2 or 12 is rolled, you win double your original bet (2:1). If a 3, 4, 9, 10, or 11 is rolled, you win the same amount as your bet (1:1). If a 5, 6, 7, or 8 is rolled, you lose your bet.

Big 6 and Big 8 Bet: Place your bet in the Big 6 or Big 8 box. You win if the chosen number is rolled before a 7. The payout is 1:1.

Place Bet: Place your bet on 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10. If your number is rolled before a 7, you win. Payouts are 7:6 for 6 and 8, 7:5 for 5 and 9, and 9:5 for 4 and 10.

Buy Bet: Similar to Place bets but with a commission deducted from the winnings. Mark your bet with a "Buy" marker. A 5% commission is deducted from your winnings. Payouts are 6:5 for 6 and 8, 3:2 for 5 and 9, and 2:1 for 4 and 10.

Lay Bet: Opposite of Buy bets. Mark your bet with a "Lay" marker. You win if a 7 is rolled before a 4, 6, 8, 9, or 10. A 5% commission is deducted from your winnings. Payouts are 5:6 for 6 and 8, 2:3 for 5 and 9, and 1:2 for 4 and 10.

Any 7 Bet: Bet that a 7 will be rolled in the next round. Payout is 4:1.

Any 11 Bet: Bet that an 11 will be rolled in the next round. Payout is 15:1.

Any Craps Bet: Bet that a 2, 3, or 12 will be rolled in the next round. Payout is 7:1.

Doubles Bet: Bet that the shooter will roll a pair of the same number (2+2, 3+3, 4+4, or 5+5) before rolling a 7. Payouts are 7:1 for 4 and 10, and 9:1 for 6 and 8.

These are the basic rules and bets for Sic Bo in American casinos.
