March 4th News: Former NBA player Arenas was asked by Shannon Sharpe on the show, "Do you think the Lakers will build a statue for LeBron James?"
Arenas: "If his career ends here (retires on the spot), definitely not! He didn't achieve enough honors while wearing the Lakers jersey."
Shannon Sharpe: "Does he need another championship?"
Arenas: "Yeah. The last similar case was Shaquille O'Neal, but he won four championships in eight years, oh no, three championships. It's hard for LeBron James to compare with him, six years, eight thousand points, one championship, six All-Star appearances... These aren't enough to earn him a statue with the Lakers."
